Associate Director, People Operations (Europe)

📋 Description Lead HR operations across the region. Provide direction and support to local HR generalists on policies and programs. Be the go-to expert for complex HR matters and investigations. Champion engagement, development and training initiatives. Ensure labour law compliance and HR regulatory adherence region-wide. Analyze regional HR metrics and translate trends into actions. 🎯 Requirements Significant senior HR experience (HR Manager or Associate Director level). Experience supporting France or Germany preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of European employment law across multiple jurisdictions. Proven ability to own HR projects end-to-end with accountability. Collaborative, consultative style with stakeholders and local teams.
