📋 Description Lead a US-based embedded software team in the US, scaling headcount over time. Own the team roadmap and track execution to deliver milestones. Develop portable core libraries and platform abstractions for vehicle compute deployment. Guide reference platform adaptation across Linux/QNX and automotive SoCs. Deliver automotive functional safety (FuSA) certified core production libraries. Coach engineers and uphold engineering excellence, maintainability, and delivery discipline. 🎯 Requirements Experience managing software engineers with strong delivery ownership. Solid embedded software background, ideally in automotive or similar fields. Hands-on coding in C++ and/or Rust for embedded systems. Experience in safety/quality-conscious environments (automotive preferred); familiarity with ASPICE Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication across teams/time zones. Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field. 🎁 Benefits Salary: $280,000 - $305,000 USD, plus competitive equity. Hybrid work arrangement based in Sunnyvale, CA.
