📋 Description Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients Coordinate data integrations with internal teams and external partners Develop and maintain implementation plans with scope, milestones, timelines Manage client relationships and primary point of contact during implementation Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Stay informed on industry trends and continuous improvement opportunities 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in the benefits industry; experience with TPA or PBM environments; medical PBM preferred Knowledge of claims processing, formulary management, rebates, benefit configuration, eligibility Experience coordinating implementations with TPAs, brokers, consultants, and vendors Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple clients PMP certification or similar is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary $90,000 - $120,000 per year Bonus eligibility Health benefits coverage 401(k) employer match Stock options Paid time off (PTO)
