Collaborate with Media Transcoding, Performance, Data Science, Product, and Infrastructure. Drive initiatives to reduce media load times and improve playback. Guide platform and architectural decisions for maintainability. Grow a high-performing team through hiring and coaching. 🎯 Requirements 9+ years of software engineering, with iOS or Android focus and web basics. 5+ years engineering management leading client or platform teams. Deep client performance understanding: profiling and optimization. Strong foundation in media rendering and streaming. Experience with AVFoundation and ExoPlayer.
