Senior Business Development Manager - Workers Compensation Insurance

📋 Description Develop and execute territory plans for NY, NJ, Eastern PA and New England region. Collaborate with Underwriting, Client Services and Loss Control to drive profitable growth. Proactively seek agency appointments, meetings, and opportunities for book transfers. Monitor agency growth, profitability, and performance gaps; create improvement plans. Manage agency partnerships to ensure mutually profitable relationships and renewal discussions. Conduct in-person agency visits, prospect meetings, and strategic co-travel with cross-functional 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
