Construction Manager (Electrical)

📋 Description Lead senior on-site for Memphis data center construction. Own relationships with contractors, partners, and internal teams. Oversee end-to-end build from pre-con through commissioning. Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure clear field–tech communication. Identify risks and ensure safety, quality, and readiness. Report progress via KPIs and dashboards to stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in data center or mission-critical construction. Proven on-site leadership with vendors and teams. Experience managing large programs with changing priorities. Strong cross-discipline communication and problem-solving.
