📋 Description Operate a vehicle in manual and autonomous mode up to 8 hours per day in diverse traffic conditions Use proprietary software to collect data in real-world scenarios and provide feedback to engineers Troubleshoot issues in real time and collaborate with Mission Operations to meet mileage targets Conduct daily vehicle inspection checks before and after missions Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks (e.g., washing, tire inflation) Interact with the public to educate them on autonomous vehicle technologies and behave as a company 🎯 Requirements 5 days per week on a fixed shift: Afternoon/Evening 4:00pm-12:30am CT (Fri - Tues) Current Texas driver’s license (3+ years US license) Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug test Strong communication skills and ability to use online collaboration tools Comfort operating field equipment (laptops, tablets, smartphones) for documentation and workflow Problem-solving under pressure and ability to work independently or in small groups 🎁 Benefits Base pay $24/hour with weekend differential and biweekly pay Full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, daily meal reimbursement, and paid time off Discretionary biannual contract completion bonus may be available
