📋 Description Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a healthcare claims platform. Translate claims ops, adjudication rules, pricing, and EDI workflows into specs. Bridge business and engineering across design, development, testing, and release. Prioritize backlog balancing business value, regs, and dependencies. Lead product discovery to identify pain points and opportunities. Define acceptance criteria and support UAT to meet objectives. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 5 years PM experience with strategy, roadmap, delivery ownership. Experience in US healthcare, health insurance, or claims ops. Ability to write BRDs, user stories, and docs bridging business/tech. Strong analytical, problem solving, prioritization skills. Experience with Agile backlogs and cross-functional trade-offs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary ₹2,500,000 – ₹3,500,000 INR, based on experience.
