📋 Description Lead the development of Waymo UK operations, safety, and policy functions. Act as the UK voice in global product roadmap discussions with executives and engineering. Report to the Director of Operations, Head of Europe Operations (hybrid role). Coordinate with regional and global teams to align growth with Waymo objectives. Oversee budgets, cost efficiencies, and leadership talent development. 🎯 Requirements Senior operational leadership in transportation or related field; 10+ years in multi-facility Proven UK market entry and scaling experience for large-scale operations. Safety, regulatory management, and governance experience with KPIs and governance structures. Technical and field integration experience bridging engineering/product with on-the-ground teams.
