Junior Legal Counsel

📋 Description Assist in managing pre-litigation disputes and formal litigation matters. Coordinate with external counsel; manage discovery, hold notices, case progress, and budgets. Conduct legal research and draft memos on user disputes, regulatory inquiries, and potential claims. Support internal processes to mitigate litigation risk. Draft, review, and negotiate vendor/supplier agreements, tech licenses, marketing/partner Support senior counsel in complex negotiations (banking, data, strategic partnerships). 🎯 Requirements Law degree and admitted to practice in the Philippines. 1-3 years post-qualification experience; crypto/fintech interest is a plus. Solid knowledge of contract and corporate law; litigation procedures. Exposure to financial regulations, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and data privacy laws. Tech-savvy with interest in technology and crypto; business-minded with risk-based advice.
