📋 Description Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles. Lead international sourcing strategies, especially for education-focused roles. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for priority roles and communities. Develop targeted sourcing using international networks, niche communities, job boards, and Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools throughout the hiring process. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably international. Experience sourcing education professionals across regions and understanding market dynamics. Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and data-driven hiring. Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and openness to new tech. Excellent organization, ability to manage multiple searches, and timely hiring timelines.
