📋 Description Develop and maintain software systems in production, prefer Python for ML. Design, implement, and deploy Baseten solutions end-to-end with customers. Ship well-tested services and outcomes for customers with clear specs. Improve AI/ML projects and contribute to the tech stack. Own customer projects end-to-end; act as engineer, PM, and PM. Navigate ambiguity, balance tradeoffs, and avoid unnecessary complexity. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS, Engineering, Math, or related. 2+ years in a fast-growth environment. Production experience with at least one general-purpose language; Python preferred. Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines and deployment lifecycle. Strong communication on complex technical topics.
