📋 Description Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Associates across clinical programs. Drive performance against quality, productivity, enrollment, and monitoring objectives. Provide coaching and co-monitoring support to strengthen monitoring excellence. Build team capabilities for Phase I–IV trials and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support study execution and issue resolution. Manage performance, development, engagement, and retention strategies. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in planning, executing, and monitoring clinical trials across multiple phases. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/healthcare field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Strong understanding of drug development, trial monitoring, and study execution. GCP knowledge, regulatory requirements, and trial compliance. Experience leading and developing teams in clinical research.
