Senior Data Center Operations Technician

📋 Description Responsible for the health of server and network infrastructure in data centers and GPoPs. Monitor and troubleshoot servers and network equipment to drive MTTR/MTTD improvements. Rack and stack data center network gear; install racks, cabling, and handoff hardware. Manage inventory and asset tracking via internal applications; document tasks and SOPs. Handle fiber/copper labeling, power cabling, and vendor returns; manage spare parts. Coordinate with provisioning teams and respond to on-site emergencies as needed. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years experience with server, storage, compute, and network hardware 5+ years in inventory management and equipment logistics On-call availability; ability to work evenings/weekends as needed Strong Linux skills: file navigation, shell scripting, and permission configuration Experience with Linux process management, Bash scripting, and basic debugging 🎁 Benefits
