📋 Description Manage daily operation of outside/inside plant network services and technicians Oversee installation/maintenance of residential, business, central office, design, and splicing Serve as single point of contact between Brightspeed and Contractors Lead training and development for new processes and quality standards Motivate team for continuous improvement and performance 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience 4+ years managing teams in telecom environments Strong training, coaching, mentoring skills in a union setting Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and legacy systems Knowledge of residential/business services, Local Network processes Understanding of splicing/construction in telecom 🎁 Benefits
