📋 Description Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for real estate and facilities units Partner with cross-functional teams to manage operational spend, provide financial insights, and Coordinate with accounting to manage month-end close, accruals, and reporting integrity Monitor forecast accuracy via variance analysis and proactive risk management Oversee purchase order management and spend compliance Drive scalable process improvements for cost tracking and reporting 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field 5-8 years FP&A experience and ownership of end-to-end budget management Experience creating full annual budgets for large organizations Track record of scalable processes and procurement/financial tools Attention to detail on cost coding and spend types Experience driving long-term run rate reductions 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $137,000 — $169,000 USD Discretionary annual bonus program Equity incentive plan Generous company benefits program
