📋 Description Lead and scale engineering recruitment for Software, Infrastructure, Security, and AI/ML. Mentor a team of recruiting managers, sourcers, and recruiters; build leadership depth. Oversee contract recruiting firms and staff for high-volume hiring. Partner with Engineering leaders, provide market insights and compensation benchmarks. Drive ATS optimization, funnel metrics, and AI-driven sourcing tools. Elevate candidate experience and strengthen the engineering EVP with Marketing. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in Talent Acquisition, 7+ years scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments. Proven experience managing managers, recruiters, and contractors. Technical partnering with leadership on AI/ML and infrastructure hiring.
