📋 Description Lead a new Application Engineering team in the US to localise and advance autonomous driving tech. Build and mentor a team across robotics, ML, and systems integration in a startup-like setting. Drive autonomy features tailored to US road infrastructure, driving norms, and regulatory landscape. 🎯 Requirements Strong robotics and autonomy background with real-world deployment experience. Proven leadership of high-performing engineering teams, ideally distributed. Ability to define goals, roadmaps, and deliver with minimal supervision. Broad technical fluency across software, ML, controls, and systems integration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including OEM interactions. Desirable: experience in autonomous vehicles or robotic systems at scale; ML foundation with 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work policy (office time + remote work) with core hours. Salary range $336,400 – $381,600 with equity; actual compensation based on qualifications.
