Head of New Business Reporting

📋 Description Lead end-to-end new business reporting for IFRS and Solvency UK/II Manage and develop a team of actuarial analysts Review outputs from Finance Central Services for Institutional Retirement Ensure accuracy and understanding of reporting results, assumptions, data, and methodologies Build relationships with PRT Pricing, Client Services, Planning & Analysis, Technical Explain movements to senior stakeholders 🎯 Requirements Qualified Life Actuary (FIA/FFA or equivalent) Strong life insurance reporting experience, IFRS/IFRS 17 and Solvency II metrics Knowledge of bulk annuities, individual annuities, PRT or similar retirement products Experience reviewing actuarial/finance reporting outputs for reasonableness Experience managing or developing actuarial/finance/reporting teams Strong stakeholder management with ability to explain technical results 🎁 Benefits Annual performance bonus and share schemes Generous pension contribution Life assurance Healthcare plan 30 days holiday plus public holidays Family leave and salary sacrifice electric car option
