Head of Accounting

📋 Description Lead Helsing's international accounting function across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Own financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and scalable finance infrastructure. Manage a geographically distributed accounting team and collaborate with internal and external Shape processes and systems to underpin reliable reporting and robust cash management. 🎯 Requirements Extensive leadership experience in accounting with international teams. Multi-entity IFRS consolidations knowledge; IFRS 15 and German GAAP (HGB) expertise. Strong SAP experience; comfortable across ERP environments; fluent in German and English. Experience in Big 4 environments and building scalable finance operations. Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) for financial data analysis is a plus. Ability to operate in a rapidly growing, multi-entity business and drive automation/AI tooling in 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options.
