📋 Description Build and operate Grafana's IT SOX program from the ground up. Collaborate with Finance, IT, Engineering, Security, and leadership. Architect and execute IT SOX activities end-to-end with external support. Scale the function and evolve it toward broader IT audit domains. Leverage AI and automation to improve scoping, testing, and monitoring. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in IT SOX compliance, IT audit, or IT risk in Big 4 or in-house. Hands-on COSO, SOX 404, ITGCs, ITACs, and PCAOB standards experience. Experience standing up or transforming IT SOX in high-growth SaaS (pre-IPO preferred). Auditing cloud-native SaaS and modern ERPs (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday). AI and automated compliance capabilities experience.
