📋 Description Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution Engage customers via inbound phone calls, chats, and emails to address returns, delivery 🎯 Requirements A minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English or US High School diploma/GED Must have a valid government-issued ID, TRN and NIS card Flexible availability to work any day and shift (including weekends/Public Holidays) Ability to train and/or work onsite Experience in customer service is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication; strong empathy and problem-solving skills
