📋 Description Manage activities from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring execution aligns with category Maintain compliance with procurement policy; ensure supplier diversity and sustainability value. Drive supplier management; align to SRM strategy with Procurement Lead and Category Managers. Implement risk mitigation with Category Managers; report procurement risks to protect the org. Own source-to-contract and requisition-to-pay processes; identify process inefficiencies. Enable savings and ensure supply; lead continuous improvements in PSC operations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field. 7+ years in procurement or supply chain; pharma industry knowledge preferred. Experience managing teams and procurement operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
