Drive structured, efficient hiring cycles and maintain candidate experience. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in B2B SaaS, with cybersecurity/networking/cloud tech familiarity. Proven success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and discovery tools. Experience managing 8–12 concurrent searches with quality and time-to-fill goals.
