Deep expertise across the construction lifecycle: site selection, zoning/entitlements, permitting Extensive experience negotiating high-stakes construction contracts (GMP, Design-Build, lump sum) Strong financial acumen: cost estimation, riskForecasting, budget variance, translating data into Experience leading teams (5+ FTEs) and driving strategic, fast-paced delivery with clear vision and 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $226,000 – $278,000 USD Eligibility for discretionary bonus and equity, with comprehensive benefits
