Measure Success: track uptime, power efficiency, and issue resolution times. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in data center ops or similar env, with 3+ years leading technical teams. Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-responsibility settings. Solid server hardware, cabling, and lifecycle management expertise. Experience with Jira and cross-team collaboration. Strong analytical skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash) to automate tasks.
