Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description Hire, coach and develop a diverse staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers). Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness. Establish culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales. Manage and audit inventory for proper controls. Create and execute local marketing drops. Drive in-store recognition programs and contests. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail. Availability 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun. Leadership with a player-coach style for daily ops. Strong hospitality mindset and customer service focus. Technical acumen: restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS. Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
