📋 Description 12-month fixed-term contract available in Europe-based role with remote work options Provide technical demos, trials, implementations, and ticket support for customers Develop best practices and content around error/performance management and product usage Deliver workshop-level interactions to drive adoption and maturity Collaborate with marketing, engineering, CS, support, and product to incorporate customer feedback Occasional conference appearances to engage prospects at booths 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or related role with Hands-on programming experience: JavaScript, Java, Python, Go, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, PHP, etc. Understanding of sales processes in high-transaction SaaS environments Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with performance monitoring/open telemetry, and mobile app development a plus BS in Engineering or related field a plus 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range (€91,000 to €104,000) with 80/20 variable Equity and commission opportunities Health insurance and standard benefits; access to Sentry benefits program
