📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories (Sussex County, DE). Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions for speech Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations, physician orders, and goals; revise as needed. Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan. Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence. Document observations and interventions in an EMR using a touch pad tablet. 🎯 Requirements Current DE Speech Language Pathologist license. CCC-SLP or equivalent clinical qualification; pursuing ASHA certification acceptable.
