📋 Description Lead Majors Expansion Sales on Financial Services team. Promote Snowflake values and inclusive Recruit, coach, and motivate a robust Majors sales team. Develop territories with strategic planning; influence GTM for top financial services companies. Sell Snowflake to C-suite audiences and drive new logo acquisition. Collaborate with internal/external teams & technical partners. Build a culture around Snowflake Core Values and drive business value in complex cycles. 🎯 Requirements BA/BS required 15+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or 10+ years managing a sales team Experience selling to Financial Services industry Proven ability to coach AEs, navigate legal/ procurement negotiations, and drive targets Ability to inventory software state, define migration plans, and build business cases 🎁 Benefits Salary up to $249,375/year Remote work from the US with regional teams Growth opportunities at Snowflake Confidentiality and data security compliance
