Handle time-sensitive escalations in high-impact, ambiguous situations. Label use cases, audit automations, and provide inputs on safety protocols and policy compliance. Support data quality and alignment efforts to strengthen enforcement and platform safety. 🎯 Requirements Expertise in improving Large Language Models (LLMs) related to safety and enforcement. Experience identifying and mitigating CSAM/CSE, with knowledge of NCMEC reporting and minors Online safety background with strong ethical decision-making and risk assessment skills. Ability to interpret safety policies and translate findings into concrete improvements.
