📋 Description Establish and maintain the source of truth for mechatronic and software-defined programmes. Bridge between operational needs, system architecture, and engineering design. Translate capabilities and standards into actionable, verifiable specs for partners and defence Ensure traceable requirements for physical platforms and AI integrations. Own the requirements lifecycle, alignment, and change management for on-time delivery. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in Requirements or Systems Engineering in complex hardware/software product development Advanced proficiency in enterprise RM tools (e.g., Jama Connect, IBM DOORS/DOORS Next Gen Experience with INCOSE standards and EARS syntax; strong traceability and V&V test case Ability to facilitate cross-functional reviews and maintain baselines and version control. Excellent communication to translate stakeholder needs into unambiguous requirements.
