Senior CAPEX & Fixed Assets Accountant

📋 Description Own the capital expenditure lifecycle from budgeting to depreciation, impairment, and disposal. Collaborate with project managers and department heads to track capital projects and ensure Maintain controls around CAPEX and fixed assets across multiple entities/sites. Prepare asset-related GL entries, including depreciation, additions, transfers, disposals, and Support external auditors with CAPEX/fixed asset queries and audit files. Monitor CIP accounts and ensure timely, compliant capitalization. 🎯 Requirements Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent). End-to-end fixed asset accounting lifecycle experience (CIP, depreciation, impairment, disposals). Strong IFRS and local GAAP knowledge (IAS 16, IAS 38) in an audit-ready environment. Experience navigating ERP fixed asset modules (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and Excel for data analysis. Clear communication of technical accounting positions to project managers and leaders. Ability to manage multiple close/audit deadlines with accuracy across multiple workstreams. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and VSOP options.
