📋 Description Execute sourcing strategies focusing on passive candidates to fill roles timely and Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders to refine sourcing strategy. Identify talent meeting client requirements and build candidate pools. Source profiles via portals, internal databases, and professional networks. Pre-screen candidates to ensure quality and fit, maintaining timely updates on interactions. Proactively pipeline talent in line with client needs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with no active backlogs for recent graduates. 0–1 year recruitment experience in Health Care, E-Commerce, Insurance, Banking, or IT (preferred). 0–1 year experience in customer support, sales, or recruitment. Academic marks: 60%+ in 10th, 12th, and UG. Strong written and oral English communication. Ability to recruit with urgency and work outside typical office hours when needed. 🎁 Benefits Night shift with flexible hours (IST) and two shift options.
