Take accountability for production outcomes and adapt to evolving requirements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of engineering experience; tech/engineering lead on AI projects. Ownership mentality for AI; responsible for production value; independent decisions. Technical leadership; guided engineers in decisions, execution and mentorship. Strong solutions architecture: cloud, integrations, API design, data engineering. AI-native working style; use AI tools to write, debug, and optimize.
