📋 Description Collaborate with Engineering to test and deploy ML/Gen-AI models and tools to improve issue Use AI insights and traditional signals to identify on-road issue trends and edge cases; develop Bridge AI/ML development with operations, documenting new policies and SOPs for vendor workflows. Design and implement quality control for human and AI outputs; perform meta-quality checks and Act as SME for Software Quality Operations with stakeholders and vendor teams to drive adoption of Provide technical leadership, define requirements, and drive user testing for new tooling features You have: BS/BA or 4 years in AV Software Quality Operations. Experience across ML lifecycle: data prep, training, validation, deployment, monitoring. ML testing with dataset quality, bias, edge-case testing, statistical metrics. Ability to learn new concepts quickly; strong understanding of driving rules and regulations. Occasional on-call availability and global meeting flexibility. We prefer: Execution focus and results orientation. Experience with offshore teams/multiple hubs. Basic SQL querying. LLM/transformer models experience or ML for robotics.
