📋 Description Lead cross-functional sprint teams on Fora’s Finance pod. Set strategy, steer architecture, and drive outcomes across multiple teams. Move fast in a high-stakes system with high pivot costs and downtime risks. Hands-on technical work alongside mentoring and hiring responsibilities. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions. Ensure reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainable code. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in engineering leadership (Engineering Manager/Tech Lead) in consumer fintech; 1+ years 8+ years of web systems development experience. Strong architectural judgment and ability to manage technical debt. Excellent communication; ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders. Proven recruiting experience and leadership style focused on growth and collaboration. Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and able to operate in an early- to mid-stage startup. 🎁 Benefits Compensation: $235k-$250k + equity.
