📋 Description Lead and empower a cross-functional sprint team on Fora’s Finance pod. Build the financial operating system for travel entrepreneurs, including AI-powered booking Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and engineers to drive impactful business outcomes. Operate on a high-stakes system with pivot costs, where downtime is not an option. Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and contribute to hands-on technical work. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in engineering leadership (Engineering Manager/Tech Lead) in consumer-facing fintech. 8+ years in web systems development. Strong ability to mentor, manage performance, and build motivated teams. Experience making architectural decisions, managing technical debt, and setting standards. Excellent project management and communication skills for diverse stakeholders. Proven recruiting experience and collaborative leadership in a startup environment. 🎁 Benefits Compensation range: $210k-$235k + equity.
