📋 Description Bridge between business needs and technical execution with operations, technology, customers Lead system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation for international freight Move away from legacy systems and modernize core platforms; coordinate timelines, testing, UAT, and Support CargoWise and other freight forwarding tech like Chain.io and Logixboard; translate Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows across the organization. 🎯 Requirements 3-7+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role within freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or Hands-on CargoWise experience strongly preferred; Chain.io or Logixboard experience desirable. Confident communicator with ownership mindset; able to drive projects with business stakeholders. Experience supporting software implementations, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
