Speech Language Pathologist, Home Health

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for speech, language, or Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and goals. Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care plans. Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for health, safety, and independence. Document observations and interventions using an EMR/tablet system. 🎯 Requirements Current DE Speech Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or equivalent progress toward certification. Educational/work experience sufficient for ASHA certification eligibility.
