📋 Description Lead a small design team focused on agent-native design and AI-native experiences across Mural’s Define the interaction grammar for agents, including permission, disclosure, handoff, confidence Hands-on leadership: prototype the hardest interactions and maintain hands-on craft while scaling a Shape product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of agentic 🎯 Requirements 15+ years of product design experience, with recent leadership of designers in ambiguous, 0→1 Track record defining or evolving a design pattern language or system, with behavior-based focus. Familiarity with agent-based or AI-assisted experiences; comfort prototyping with code. Strong systems thinking; ability to scale design decisions across flows and journeys.
