📋 Description Own the application lifecycle management end to end with defined stages and owners Build project timelines from engineer estimates and track progress Coordinate requirements across Software Eng, AI, Infra & Security teams Partner with Product Manager to prioritize projects and timelines Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with focus on velocity Manage projects with hard deadlines and resolve risks 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in technical project/ program management, startup/ high-growth Strong technical fluency: understand software builds and complexity Coordinate across multiple technical teams: SWE, AI/ML, infrastructure, DevOps, security Experience building realistic delivery timelines and accountability Highly organized with low tolerance for ambiguity Experience at an AI-native startup and delivering into enterprise security/infrastructure needs 🎁 Benefits Equity: meaningful early-stage package Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance Unlimited PTO
