📋 Description Design, execute, and analyze reliability tests for hardware products. Develop test protocols to meet reliability requirements across lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve design and manufacturing. Present technical results and risk assessments to stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar. 5+ years as a Reliability Engineer in semiconductor/photonics. Knowledge of HTOL, HAST, TDDB, HTHH, TC testing. Hands-on with failure analysis tools (SEM, TEM, FIB, EMMI). Understanding of device physics, reliability and failure in Serdes/digital ICs.
