Position Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Growth Marketing Manager who can own our digital marketing ecosystem from strategy through execution.
This is not a traditional social media role.

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in digital or growth marketing

- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or eCommerce
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Experience with TikTok Shop
- Experience with AI marketing tools
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and GA4
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate will help achieve:
- Increase Shopify revenue by at least 40%
- Increase website conversion rate to 4%+
- Grow Klaviyo email revenue to 30%+ of total online revenue
- Achieve 40%+ average email open rate
- Launch and optimize at least two webinars per month
- Generate 500+ qualified webinar registrations per month
- Build a Facebook community of 10,000+ engaged members
- Grow WhatsApp communities to 2,500+ active members
- Increase TikTok followers to 100,000+
- Recruit 100+ active influencers and affiliates
- Improve customer repeat purchase rate
- Maintain weekly KPI reporting with actionable recommendations
