📋 Description Provide ongoing support and consultation on Acumatica projects. Provide best-practice recommendations to optimize Acumatica processes. Conduct root-cause analysis on performance and stability issues. Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. Assist with discovery, project analysis, scope of work, and proposals. Align customer processes with new product features; resolve issues. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Tech, Commerce or related field. Basic accounting understanding; ability to work with ledgers, debits/credits. ERP installation/configuration; MS Office; SQL Server familiarity. Strong analytical, organized; able to remove obstacles with creative approaches.
