Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly

📋 Description Evaluate and implement digital tools to expand the virtual shop floor with dashboards. Develop manufacturing processes including flow, assembly methods, and labor standards. Design, develop, and test tools, fixtures, and equipment for manufacturing. Create and maintain detailed work instructions for standardized processes. Identify root causes and lead corrective actions to improve quality and reduce scrap. Drive Lean initiatives (Kaizen, Gemba, 6S) to improve efficiency. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 3-5 years in sheet metal fabrication preferred. Mechanical/electrical skills and working knowledge of IE tools. Proficiency reading drawings, tolerances, schematics, BOMs, routings. Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar and MS Office. Experience with root-cause analysis and systematic problem solving. Understanding Lean concepts and use of Lean tools.
