Project Manager - Architect or Engineer

📋 Description Perform Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) on existing commercial properties. Monitor construction or renovation projects and report progress. Conduct energy and ADA audits as part of project work. Assess building systems and write clear property condition reports. Interact with clients and coordinate with senior authors. Work across multiple building types and building systems. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management. PE or Registered Architect (RA) preferred. 5 to 9 years of construction administration, CM, architecture, or engineering. Experience performing PCAs and property condition reports. Knowledge of various property types and entitlement/permitting processes. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong writing and communication skills. Willingness to travel; self-starter able to manage multiple projects. Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines a plus.
