Project Director – Engineering & Construction (Renewable Energy)

📋 Description Lead multiple utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects from pre-construction through COD. Direct leadership to project managers and construction teams across sites. Collaborate with Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Asset Management for seamless handoff. Establish governance, reporting, and performance tracking for all projects. Drive execution strategies and contracting models (EPC, multi-contract, hybrid). Own budgets, schedules, and risk management; mitigate execution risks. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in utility-scale energy or infrastructure project execution, with renewables. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or large-scale capital projects ($200M+). Strong understanding of EPC and multi-contract structures. Experience operating within an IPP, developer, or EPC organization.
