📋 Description Lead greenfield initiatives end-to-end with engineering to solve complex problems. Improve platform products with focus on usability, accessibility, and performance. Engage with customers to capture feedback and turn insights into reusable patterns. Contribute to design system in Figma and code (WorkDS, Radix) for cohesion. Experiment with AI tools to speed exploration; share findings with the team. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years designing platforms or complex, info-dense interfaces. Demonstrated systems thinking; create or adapt patterns as needed. Account for edge cases, accessibility, and constraints; ship and iterate. Explain design decisions; weigh tradeoffs and impact on the product. Experience running user research and shaping product direction. Proficiency with Figma; curious about new tools and workflows. Front-end code familiarity; contribute to the design system.
