📋 Description Own end-to-end deployment from contract to activation Build custom demos and architecture for enterprise deployments Drive customer success, adoption, and account health Identify upsell opportunities and prove ROI with data Create repeatable playbooks to scale the function Collaborate with the CTO and engineering on product issues 🎯 Requirements Deep technical fluency; read code and work with APIs Experience with enterprise deployments and integrations Build demos/prototypes that influence deals Onboard enterprise customers and design implementation playbooks Read codebases, understand APIs, and suggest fixes Communicate credibly with customers from owners to engineers
